Paris Las Vegas is owned and operated by Harrah’s, which also runs Caesar’s Palace, Bally’s, The Flamingo, and two other Las Vegas hotels. Paris Las Vegas opened its doors in 1999 with a lavish celebration that included French actress Catherine Deneuve turning on the bright lights of the hotel and casino.
The architecture of the hotels façade is reminiscent of The Louvre, while replicas of such famous Paris landmarks as The Eiffel Tower, L’Arc De Triomphe, and La Fontaine des Mers adorn the property.
